1. THE DESIGN PHASE: UNLIMITED CREATIVE FREEDOM

Your vision has no boundaries. We start by taking your logos, numbers, and artwork and scaling them to perfection. Unlike traditional printing, sublimation allows for unlimited customization—you can cover every square inch of the garment with color and detail at no extra cost.

2. HIGH-DEFINITION PRINTING

Using Italian-grade eco-friendly inks, we print your design onto specialized transfer paper. Our industrial-grade sublimation printers ensure that the colors are sharp, the blacks are deep, and the resolution is high-definition. This is where the SHEMBRA precision begins.

3. THERMAL GAS INFUSION (THE SCIENCE OF SUBLIMATION)

This is the most critical step. We place the printed paper over the fabric and pass it through a high-pressure heat press at exactly 200°C. At this temperature, the ink turns into a gas and bonds directly with the polyester fibers. The design is no longer on the fabric; it becomes part of the fabric.

4. PRECISION CUTTING & FINISHING

Once the fabric is sublimated, it moves to our precision cutting floor. Because we sublimate the panels before they are sewn together (Full Dye Sublimation), your designs remain perfectly aligned across the seams, providing a professional, seamless look that is built to dominate the league.
